Alpha Zeta

Alpha Zeta

Alpha Zeta was created in 1999 by UK wine importer, David Gleave MW, and New Zealand winemaker, Matt Thomson with the aim of making great wines in the Veneto at everyday prices that are expressive of the character of both the grape variety and the land.

Alpha Zeta is produced with grapes from Veneto, one of Italy’s biggest wine producing regions.

Veneto is located in north-eastern Italy, with Verona at its heart bordered by Lake Garda to the west, the alpine Trentino-Alto Adige to the north and the capital city of Venice to the east.

All wines are produced within regulated, delimited zones of production (DOC or IGT) and come from three key areas in Veneto: Valpolicella, Soave and Prosecco.
